In cases where you are not satisfied with your product, SevaKart has a thorough Return Policy for all products.

When can I ask for a return?

All domestic customers can request a return within 3 days after product delivery at their shipping address.

What products can I return?

Only those products which are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged are eligible for return; discounted and/or altered products will not be eligible for a return. In the unlikely event that your merchandise has arrived in a damaged condition, you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@sevakart.com.

Once your request for a return has been authorized, we would be happy to process your refund. You can choose the mode of a refund either in the form of store credit or the same payment instrument used at the time of purchase. All of the products at SevaKart are checked properly by our quality team before being sent for shipping. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product damaged kindly email the customer care for raising the request for return.

Within how many days will I get a refund?

All of the refunds will be processed within 4 working days upon receipt of goods.
