Return & Exchanges Policy

Sevakart Foundation a section 8 company aims to give a new platform for small-scale industries, household industries and encourage them to continue rebuilding their livelihood and also ensures that their artistic and entrepreneurial legacy continues. We promote only local brands and products. Each product is handcrafted by our rural artist of India.

Return of Handloom/Handcrafted Products

Our products are made with special care by our rural artists. We take extra care to deliver it to any part of India. These products travel a long distance before reaching you. We don’t overcharge the customer for the delivery. Our prices are reasonable. Any extra weave or thread or stitch or print is not considered defective. No return or exchange on Handloom/Handcrafted products. Exchange of handloom Stitched, products, will be made only if the size varies or major defective or different from their description.

Exchange Of Synthetic products & garments

Synthetic products can be exchanged only if there is a major fault or change in color or type as defined in their description.

When can I ask for a return?

For the defective item, All domestic customers can request a return within 3 days after product delivery at their shipping address. We work hard to promote local products to send them to the end customer. In case of exchange/return, the customer should bear the courier cost. 

What products can I return?

Only those products which are unused, unworn, unwashed are eligible for return; discounted and/or altered products will not be eligible for a return. In the unlikely event that your merchandise has arrived in a damaged condition, you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@sevakart.com.Once your request for a return has been authorized, we would be happy to process your refund.

Within how many days will I get a refund?

All of the refunds will be processed within 4 working days upon receipt of goods. Once the refund is initiated it will take 7-12 working days to reflect in your account.
